"We instantly felt relaxed"
The feel is olde worlde (quintessentially English) but the standards are right up to date with the service quality akin to London five-star. There is a quiet understated efficiency that pervades the entire hotel and its extensive and beautiful grounds. We instantly felt relaxed from the moment we arrived and hated leaving. The room was wonderful, the gardens glorious, our dinner outstanding and the staff from start to finish absolutely brilliant.”
Excellent facilities including indoor & outdoor pools, croquet, well-equipped fitness centre & lots of places to sit down and relax. Service at breakfast was astounding and reception staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Plenty of parking. Lovely gardens, which are illuminated at night.
"What a super find Passford is"
What a super find Passford is. The location, the staff the food and the amenities all make fora relaxing break. There are two swimming pools, one indoor, which is heated and one outdoor. We made a lot of use of the indoor as it was lovely and warm.

"Full of old charm"
Stayed for three nights with a friend. Hotel is full of old charm with plenty of quiet lounges. The rooms are comfortable if a little old fashioned. We had a lovely view over the rear gardens which are definitely worth exploring.”
